MulvannyG2 Architecture is seeking a highly motivated and creative recruiter for full cycle recruiting.

To be successful in this role you must be able to have the ability to come up with creative ways to source candidates, be flexible and adapt to shifting priorities, establish relationships and credibility with hiring managers, and be a strategic business partner.

Responsibilities:

Come up with ways to creatively source for all levels of positions for multiple locations including use of professional associations, referrals, networking, cold calls and job postings

Meet with hiring managers to gain full understanding and agreement on position requirements at the beginning of each job search

Represent the company at career fairs

Screen resumes that come in against current openings and for future consideration

Conduct phone and/or in person interviews for all candidates

Participate in group interviews with hiring managers and other key individuals

Prepare, execute, and negotiate offers to candidates

Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future or strategic positions

Conduct research and keep a pulse on key industry players

Develop new job posting write ups and interview questions as needed

Maintain report of recruiting activities

Own and maintain recruiting module of HRIS system

Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
5 years of experience in fast paced recruiting environment

Self-starter

Proven ability to find candidates and fill positions with top candidates in a timely manner

Strong research skills

Ability to negotiate

Ability to learn, understand, and apply company compensation structure when formulating offers

Strong writing and oral communication skills

Ability to work with different personalities

Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities

Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills

Knowledge and experience in using an online applicant tracking system
